We would like to point out that only the companies listed below are authorized to offer original components and licensed services. The use of unlicensed parts or service providers may impair the performance and safety of our machines and is not supported by IWT GmbH.
We have learned that unauthorized third parties not licensed by IWT GmbH are also trading in spare parts and offering services. We expressly point out that you as a customer will lose any warranty claims if we determine that changes have been made to your machine by unauthorized third parties or that unlicensed spare parts are being used.
